– 3D elevation of your interior based on your existing plans (possibility of taking dimensions based on a quote).
Each project includes:
- the study of your volumes with redistribution of parts if necessary
- 3D visuals of your project
- 2D layout plan with the proposed furniture
- mood boards
- color selection
- material selection
- encrypted listing of the proposed furniture
- 2 project modifications included (per piece)
3D FORMULA + INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE :
Tailor-made formula according to additional needs to the classic 3D formula for the realization of your project.
– It includes all the elements of the classic 3D formulas as well as the following services to choose from:
- 2D dimensioned plans of the new development
- basic technical plans and elevations (electricity, floor, ceiling, materials)
- technical file for custom furniture
Concerning the construction part
– The studio does not carry out project management (selection of companies, organization of the site, intervention planning, on-site monitoring and reception of the site).
However, we offer a support mission to the project manager or general contractor so that your project follows our implementation and recommendations as closely as possible.
For the Lyon region and its surroundings, we can direct you to a project manager with whom we collaborate. He will be able to accompany you throughout your construction site.
