Kelley was born and raised in Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. After 10 years of learning from different people in creative fields and absorbing inspiration from the world around her, she started Kelley Kolettis Designs in order to help her clients through the journey of creating a space that represents who they are and what they are passionate about.
