At this meeting Mal will review your project and provide you with a fixed fee for the entire process, regardless of the length of time it takes. There is no expectation to pay up front, this fee is paid by way of installments throughout the project. From here, Mal begins crafting your dream interior, involving you at every point you wish along the way and using 25 years worth of attention to detail; not allowing for any inaccuracies.
